Question About Monessen Hearth Indoor Fireplace DEB20
The pilot light keeps going out. I got it lit but...

The pilot light keeps going out. I got it lit but then could not get it to ignite. I have a remote, which I have replaced both batteries, plus I don't really know how to start it without the remote. I tried flipping the on/off switch to on and still can't get it to ignite.
