Why can't my SEZ-KD18 NA4 ducted indoor unit be controlled by the PAR- FL32MA remote contoller and PAR-FA32MA receiver? The indoor unit seems to be sampling the anbient temp in my attic, where the unit is installed not the inlet return air temp. The system was installed 2 months ago and the installing contractor won't return to repair the system. Also calls to Mitsibushi customer Care are not beeing returned. The outdoor unit is a MXZ-4B36NA. The downstairs wall unit MSZ-GE18NA is working fine.
