We have an air con in a small lounge room but it doesnt seem to get as cool as it should...it is continously on 16 degrees but it does not get cool enough to be a ble to turn the temp up...can you show me what should be highlighted on the remote because it may be on wrong setting....have tried a few but does not make a difference.
