Question About Mistral Air Conditioner Mistral MPAC60
sometimes cold, some times just fan only...

I switch to aircon (not auto mode) and 18 degrees, but sometimes come out cold air and the hot air blows out of the exhaust pipe, but sometimes the cold air will stop, meaning just fan only and no air pump to the exhaust pipe. What could be the possible reason??
