Had various problems with my vacuum cleaner that started 1 1/2 weeks after the warranty expired. The company told me it would last 20 years. I have been trying to get someone on the line from that company for about a year ( I have left 10-11 messages at this point) have have yet to receive a call back, 1 1/2 years from my first call. I do not recommend this company due to the very poor customer service.
