I have a Miele S512 Super Air Clean which has stop...

I have a Miele S512 Super Air Clean which has stopped working (red light has come on). We changed the dust bag which was full, but the red light still comes on when we switch it on. Any ideas as to what could be wrong? Unfortunately, I can't find the manual. Thanks in advance for your help. Maria Hobbs
