I have a Miele red Star S3l4i which came with a super air clean filter. I ordered an active hepa filter and received the Miele #SF-AH 30. Can not remove the air clean bracket to replace with the Active Hepa filter bracket. Believe me, I have tried! Would appreciate any help given. Thank you. Louise Heidorn 10-8-11
