The top burners worked properly until we leveled the stove. The top of the stove doesn't appear to lift or slide. Where is, and how do I get to the pilot for the top burners? Is there anything I need to know once I locate the pilot? Thank you in advance. Thank you for your help. SK - 11.07.11
