Question About Maytag Air Conditioner m6q08f2a
Vent Door Button...

Manual says to close vent door, but doesn't say if closed is with button pushed in or pulled out. Also, what is the purpose of the vent door? If it is supposed to be closed all the time, why is the button necessary?
