Hello, I am trying to remove a M7Y10F2A-A window air conditioner. We see that a screw has been put thru th bottom of the case of the air-condition into the window ceil but we cannot make out how to get to that screw in order to remove it. How do you take the front case off? Many thanks, Veronica
