The ac runs for about 15 minutes. Then the breaker turns off. The power cord is very warm. I removed the cover and there was lots rust all around the controls. I tried to remove the control panel but can't get it out. Any suggestions? The unit was not tilted back so water came in from the front of the unit for 3 years. I think it may need a new control. How do I get it out? I removed the obvious screws, but can't get it out. Thanks, DC
