I have a Martin DV200 Direct Vent. The pilot is lit and running properly. However, when I hit the light switch to activate the fireplace, nothing happens.

0 I recently had the same problem and fixed it by replacing the wall switch. Another possible cause could be a weak or malfunctioning thermopile that does not create enough millivolts to allow the main valve to open.
