I would like to know if this stove can be hooked u...

I would like to know if this stove can be hooked up like a regular space heater? Or does it have to be vented to the outside air, due to the double pipe system. It has a 4" pipe on the inside and a 7 " p? Thank youpe on the outside. I am not sure if that is just for insulation or air intake.
