Problems Lighting...

After I start pilot (push button in and hit ignitor)and try to turn knob for main burner pilot flame goes out? I'm reading 350mv across thermo coupler is this correct? Where csn I buy gas valve in Charlotte NC. My zip 28216. I had problems in the past and company came in and replaced gas valve. Thank You.
