Good day, For the past few weeks, my DEF33 electric fireplace was having issues with the flames. For some reason the motor would stop turning, it would work again and stop again. At one point it was turning faster than usual. As a matter of fact, it was turning very fast even with the speed control set to minimum speed. And now the motor will not work anymore. I checked all the wiring which seems to be fine. Is this a common motor issue or does it sound like an electrical issue? Thanks for your help.
