Question About Majestic Appliances Indoor Fireplace dvt43
i need to clean my glass...

Just need to clean the glass on the front of my gas fireplace, but not sure how to take it off. I removed a couple of screws and it didn't work. I'm obviously not doing something right. Not sure the model number. I think dvt43 or dv580? I moved into my condo and all the manuals are there but the fireplace. The condos are about 10 years old.
