2 year old home. Every time we turn on Gas Fireplace CDVR 360 it is a horrible buring smell upstairs. No one can go upstairs. Builder employee stopped by yesterday and said Vent is fine or it would shut off in 5 minutes. So why the terrible smell. We cant use it due to burn smell. Thanks in advance! TAlleys
