Hi, I have three ways to open/close my garage door: 1. Button on the wall in the garage 2. A key outside the garage 3. remote opener/closer Right now, they all work for opening the door. However, for closing using the button or the key I have to *keep the button pressed*, or the key turned until the door is *completely closed*. Otherwise it just pops right back up. The motor unit/box makes a click when I try to close using the remote closer.- but does nothing. Any thoughts? Thanks, mick.
