I followed the instructions which state: "turn the dial to RUN mode, and place the Temperature mode switch in the OFF position. Hold down the UP button and push the DOWN button once, then let go of both. The words CAL and SET will appear on the screen with a number." I followed those steps and I never see the words CAL and SET appear on the screen. I need help
