My thermostat will not turn the heat on. The batteries are new, light in on, time and date are set, temp set...nothing happens. I went into the attic to check breaker and it is on. Last winter it worked and now it doesn't. Female alone...help!! I did not buy this, it was here when I bought. The outside compressor was stolen so cannot use ac, but the heat worked fine last year.
