I have a LUX PSP511LC thermostat and a LOCK symbol...

I have a LUX PSP511LC thermostat and a LOCK symbol has come on the screen. Can't do anything else and the house is heating up. How do I get out of LOCK and back to setting programs or adjusting thermostat
