I have a Lorex Monitor model SG19LD800161 and when...

I have a Lorex Monitor model SG19LD800161 and when I connect the power cable two LEDs from the front panel turn on (REC and NET) but the PWR remains off even if I try to press the power button, i get black screen but i hear the hard drive like it is working. Thank you, Marian
