Question About Lopi Indoor Fireplace Yankee Bay Pellet Insert

I'm getting a groaning noise from the auger that's driving me crazy! Any idea how to take it aprat to clean it good? I assume it's the fine sawdust particles setlling at the bottom half of the auger. Anybody experience this, if so, what was the fastest/cheapest fix? Thanks! -Josh
