Hello, My elderly neighbor is having trouble with her Spirit Bay gas fireplace insert -- the pilot light is not lit and I can't seem to get it to light. She is a widow, and I try to do house repairs to save her the cost of a professional, so any help would be appreciated. (Mike M, Portland, OR)
