I am very upset with this stove. We constantly have to unjam the auger. The dealer told us the pellets we had (which he sold us) are unusually "dusty" this year and recommended we sift the pellets to remove excess dust. What a pain in the neck. While we can now run the stove a little longer without the auger jamming, we still get jams and the stove goes out. I think the suger setting is just too sensitive. Anybody else having these problems and if so how did you solve it?

0 Change brand of pellets, sounds like somone is selling you crap! I burnt 5 tons this season without a single issue. I am getting a groaning noise from the auger which is likely to to my laziness in vacuuming out the fine sawdust when the hopper is almost empty, may have to take the auger out and vacuum out good to remedy the issue I think.
