Question About Lochinvar Water Heater ER302
noise...

i got an eliptical trainer 2 days back its new and we assembeld it at home by ourselves but there is a schreaching noise probably from right pedal we trying tightining the nuts and bolts but noise is stilll there.. can you help us to get rid of this noise
