Question About Lochinvar Water Heater LTA040KK
Hot water heater only getting a few gallons of war...

Hot water heater only getting a few gallons of warm water then goes to ice cold new elements in it ,lots of moisture on the wires under lower element and on the water lines which are plastic, could this be causing the problem?
