Hot water heater model LTA040KK I'm only getting maybe 3gallons of warm water and goes completely to ice cold ,replaced both upper and lower elements 3 months ago, noticed that the two wires under the lower element has water on them may it be from moisture sweating I don't know allso a lot of moisture on the water lines which are plastic, could that be the cause of problem
