Our school has three floors working off a Lochinva...

Our school has three floors working off a Lochinvar KNIGHT system, first floor is underfloor radiant heat and the the top two floors are baseboard heating. The control unit says: Lockout - flame fail IGN. What do I do to get the pilot light back on or the heat running.
