trying to reprogram remote with different frequency. I push and hold learn button for 10 to 15 seconds, and sometimes the led flashes 3 times and goes solid, and sometimes it doesn't. Then pushing opener it learns code, but doesn't ever select new frequency. There used to be dip switches on older unit which made this easier. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
