The remote control will open the garage door, but ...

The remote control will open the garage door, but not close it. also, the garage door will not close unless the button on the inside of the garage is not held until the door is completely closed. How do I fix this?

0 I have the exact same problem on the LD050, did you figure it out??

0 It still won't go down using the remote and still need to hold the inside button down to close the door.
