My Linear door opener works sporadically. When I push the button on the wall, sometimes I have to hold it or it will stop. Then the next time I use it, it opens continually by itself. Now the hand remote won't work at all. I have to go in the house door, then into the garage and push the button to get my car in the garage. Help!!!!!
