Question About Linear Garage Door Opener ultralift 800

my door only opens about 12 inches then stops. By stopping and starting I can eventually get it open all the way, and when I close it it closes all the way.

2 The garage ligh on the opener stays on, all the time now. It does not flash when opening or closing. How do I shut the light off? I tried unplugging, but when I plug it back on, it still stays on.

0 TRY WHITE LITHIUM GREASE SPRAY. Spray the center track and it will open and close properly. It worked on mine.
