The unit was getting extremely noisy, vibrating and making the entire area surrounding it hot - it finally stopped working after only 7 summers - brought it to be repaired and for $125 they said they could get it working again. I left it there and bought a new DeLonghi for $199. I just feel that after paying $189, 7 years ago, it should have lasted longer. Is that asking too much?
