I purchased my dehumidfier a year ago. the bucket...

I purchased my dehumidfier a year ago. the bucket light flashes, the bucket is emptly and wont stay on. There is a 01 displayed on the screen. I cleaned the filter, turned off the machine and still wont work. What could be the problem?
