1 unplug over night. it most likely has a buildup of frost/ice on the compressor coils.

0 I noticed it developed some condensation on the top front left corner of the unit also. Fan does not work but the compressor seems to turn on although much louder than before. Unit is sill covered under a 5 year parts and labor warranty from LG. Have been provided 2 authorized service providers in my area, both are 45 minutes away. Before I take it in, I wanted ro see if anyone had any idea as to what the problem could be.

0 I opened it all up and made sure everything was connected tightly. Fan moved VERY slowly - then a quick spin - then VERY slowly. Coil in top left front iced up very quickly. I can smell the motor kind of burning. Doesn't help to leave off and plug back in. Mine's been off for days, but the fan still doesn't work right when plugging it back in.
