Question About LG Electronics Air Conditioner W18THM-NB60
We have an LG Air Conditioner LG RAC REV MODEL W18...

We have an LG Air Conditioner LG RAC REV MODEL W18THM-NB60 and when we have been running it on heating for about half an hour the unit sudden stops and goes into Defrost Mode. We cannot find anything about this in the manual that came with the unit. Can you help us with some information about this problem? Thank You Carolyn
