I accidently tripped a breaker in my apartment.Everything came back on except my heater.Tried the test and reset button but it still does not work.Ths green light does not come on.I called the apt manager .She paged maitenance and so did I a few times.But no one calls back.So i guess I have to take matters in my own hands>I feel it's in the plug,but want to make sure.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
