I bought a house with this model air conditioner but don't know how to use the remote and all the settings

0 Hello, I have just moved into a house which has the aforementioned airconditioner. Apparently this also should be able to blow out hot air as well. I have turned the temperature up to 30 degrees but ater 5 minutes the temperature is cool. Is there anything I should be doing? Do you have a manual please?
