0 Are we seriously supposed to know how to safely install this 105 pound machine into our window intuitively?! AND am I supposed to trust a product from a company who can't seem to bother themselves with remembering to include user instructions during the maufacturing process. NO MORE LG products for me.

0 So I created an account on LG to download the darn manual AND put it together with my laptop on hand...FUN. After it was FINALLY installed I flipped the power switch and was greeted by an awful noise. Yes, there you have it folks...the installation guide was INSIDE the air condioner unit itself seeking solace with the fan. So, yes, both the manual and remote was included as the box advertised, but it would have been nice to have an idea, clue bird, little sticker, ANYTHING that could help indicate where I could actually find it.
