I have the lg 18000r and instead of the water drai...

I have the lg 18000r and instead of the water draining out the back its coming in the house. Does that mean the drain hole is stopped up. Or what if I drilled a hole at the bottom to help get the water out from the back.

1 There is a rubber plug under the screw cap..did you take it out to drain?
