Every time we have it on heat every now and again (the same day) cold air comes out of it for about 10mins (preheat flashes on the unit at this stage) then heats up again. It's a real pain as you're sitting there nice and warm and then all of a sudden cold air starts blowing out. We have to keep turning it off then back on later. Can we stop this from happening?
