The condenser unit does not make any sound when the aircon is switched on. However, sometimes when switching on the unit, the "Outdoor" LED will also turn. When this happens, it is noticeable that the condenser is operating, but the fan of the aircon is still not spinning, and not cold. Does anyone know does the "Outdoor" LED mean? And any clue of what is the exact problem?
