0 I have a friend with this same problem. The ignition board is grounded. I replaced the board and it works fine. If it fires up on the pilot and continues to spark then u have a bad thermocouple. If you dont here it sparking then you might have a bad ignitor, check for voltage at ignitor board and the ignitor pin coming off the board. If you hear sparking and no pilot turns on check to make sure your spark is facing on a 45 degree angle overtop of the pilot itself.
