pilot light...

my pilot light won't ignite, the unit was serviced just last year.

0 If you stick a long lighter that is used to light a fireplace and the pilot lights up then you have a bad ignitor or a bad ignition control module depending on if the ignior is getting power or not. If you here a spark and the pilot light does not come on then you have to check power at your gas valve. to make sure its getting power. If it is not then your back to square one of checking the ignition control module for power....
