I have a Lennox EC10Q3 with 2 Tstat, one on each ...

I have a Lennox EC10Q3 with 2 Tstat, one on each floor. I changed a first Tstat 2 years ago, and this summer I inplugged the second one and cut the wires by mistake. I tried to install a new Tstat, first nothing worked and now the furnace does not stop even if I unistall the Tstat. can sobody help me.
