How to turn on the fan...

I can not locat the switch to turn on the furnace fan.

0 In my furnace there is a switch when you open the front panel, just above the burners, there is a button to turn it on all the time or on auto.... hope that helps.. it seems pretty usless to have only those options... I wish it was controlled by thermostat but I am unsure how to set that up.
