The burner starts up fine shuts down after about a minute of run. Tested to see if it was being shut down on over temp and that is not the case. Is there a flame sensor that needs to be replaced?

0 yup, sounds like you need to clean or replace the flame sensor. clean it for quick fix as surface has probably oxidized.
