ICE FORMING ON COPPER LINES IN OUTSIDE UNIT...

i WAS TOLD TO CHANGE THE FILTER, IS THERE MORE THAN ONE FILTER, IF SO WHERE IS IT LOCATED? I cleared the vents of debris.
