WHERE IS THE RESET BUTTON? THE PILOT LIGHT IS LIT BUT THE FIREPLACE WON'T IGNITE. THIS IS A RECURRING PROBLEM. I HAD A REPAIRMAN COME OUT BUT I WASN'T HOME TO SEE WHAT HE DID. ACCORDING TO HIS NOT, HE ACTIVATED A RESET BUTTON. I HAVE LOOKED EVERYWHERE. I CAN SEE NO RESET BUTTON. \
